As a dedicated team of farmers, we understand the importance of producing high-quality, ethically-raised hogs while minimizing our impact on the environment. One of the cornerstones of our operation is our commitment to organic feed. We firmly believe that healthy animals lead to healthier products, and that starts with what they eat.
Our hogs are raised on a carefully crafted diet consisting of 100% organic feed. By omitting the use of antibiotics and growth-promoting additives, we ensure that the meat we provide is natural, free from harmful substances, and boasts the pure, rich flavors our customers have come to love.
We believe that fostering a direct connection between producers and consumers is vital in fostering trust and accountabililty.
This Pre-Order will lock in your pork to be raised starting this spring and will be sent to the butcher this fall where you will be able to custom order your cuts of pork and processed the way you desire.
Pay the Farmer: In the fall you will be responsible for paying us the farmer a fee of $3.50 per lb off the hanging weight (Estimate of $275 for half and $550 for whole)
Pay the Butcher: You are responsible for their processing services. (Estimate $125 for half and $250 for whole )
Overall this will provide you with, 55 Lbs for a half or 110 Lbs for a whole, of packaged meat with an average cost of around $8 per lb of organic pork.
